David Peck and Laurel Anderson met in Paris while attending Parsons-Paris School of Art and Design.  They were both majors in fashion design and spent innumerable long days chained to their sewing machines—many times until the wee hours of the morning. 

After graduating and receiving the coveted Designer of the Year Award, David went to work for Robert Normand, a rising star in the indie French fashion world. He recruited Laurel to assist with two of Normand’s collections, further cementing their friendship and initiating their work relationship.

After Laurel graduated, she moved to NY to broaden her outlook and experience the NY fashion scene. She has worked as a costume designer and as an assistant in a luxury fashion house.
